The apartment features a spacious balcony with a wonderful view to the ski area Kronplatz. Tenants will receive a private access to the car park next to the valley station Ried. The valley station Ried offers a ski rental or settings for your own equipment. The Apartment Kronterrasse – SONNENDURCHFLUTET attaches great importance to high-quality facility and modern design made of natural materials. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine. The quiet but central location of our apartments is the ideal starting point for your own personal holiday activities. We look forward welcoming you! In winter, we are located directly at the ski lift Ried of the ski area Kronplatz – South Tyrol’s no.1 skiing region. In summer a variety of sporting opportunities are waiting for you in Dolomites. The location of the house and the holiday apartment in the 2nd floor offer a breathtaking view. The 2nd floor can be reached comfortably with the elevator from the parking garage (free parking space). Tenants will receive a private access to the car park next to the valley station Ried. Percha in the Puster Valley with over 300 sunny days is the perfect place to visit all year round. In the neighbourhood you will find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops. The bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds. Furthermore we offer a fully-equipped open kitchen, attractive bathrooms and a spacious balcony.
