Hotel Restaurant Edelweiss is situated in a quiet position at Tel/Parcines on the outskirts of Merano, in the heart of South Tyrol. A new dimension of architecture and love to details characterizes this cozy facility. The colors of the house, sometimes warm pastel colours, sometimes a warm red-brown note, a strong apple green or a fresh grey, make it unique.
The hotel is the ideal place for practicing trekking, mountain biking, golf, Nordic walking, and culture holidays. In winter, the beautiful of the snow-covered landscapes offers unforgettable moments between ski, cross-country ski, snowshoeing excursions and sledding.
The different types of rooms are all comfortable and furnished with taste. They are provided with sat TV, telephone, writing desk, safe, radio, shower, WC and hairdryer. Some feature also a balcony.
The restaurant serves specialties of local cuisine prepared with healthy and organic seasonal produce. Abundant breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, 4 course gourmet dinner and à la carte menu, besides a choice of salads. The dining room is at disposal also for marriages, family or company celebrations. The guests can eat in the ancient Schindl-Stube or, during the summer, on the terrace.
The Wellness Oasis "Aqua Adige", provided with Finnish sauna, relax area, multi-sensory shower, steam bath, indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and garden, is the right place to relax; here you can also enjoy beauty treatments, massages and baths.
