From 8 to 10 April 2027, Naturno will host the seventh edition of the Alpenplus Ötzi Trailrun Naturno, an event dedicated to enthusiasts of trail running and mountain running. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy sport surrounded by the spectacular nature of South Tyrol, along the trails of the Naturno Monte Sole and through the fascinating landscapes of the area.
Three days dedicated to running, mountains and personal challenges, with different courses designed to test runners of varying experience levels. The routes offer the chance to discover a stunning natural environment, surrounded by Alpine panoramas and the characteristic landscapes of the Naturno area.
The 4 Ötzi Trailrun Naturno courses
The Alpenplus Ötzi Trailrun Naturno features four different races, each with varying distances and elevation gains.
Sunny Mountain Trail
The Sunny Mountain Trail is the most challenging course of the event, offering a 30 km adventure with 2,100 metres of elevation gain.

Skyrace Naturno
The Skyrace Naturno covers 15 km with 1,150 metres of elevation gain, making it the ideal choice for those looking for a true mountain challenge over a shorter distance.

Ötzi – Just for Fun
Designed for those who want to discover the world of trail running or simply enjoy the experience of mountain running in a fun and engaging atmosphere, the Ötzi – Just for Fun covers 8 km with 400 metres of elevation gain.

Ötzi-Junior Run
Younger participants can also join the Ötzi Trailrun experience with the Ötzi-Junior Run, a course dedicated to young runners.

Participation: The Alpenplus Ötzi Trailrun Naturno is open to runners of different experience levels. Please check and comply with the specific participation requirements for each individual course.
Spectators and supporters: Friends and family are welcome to support participants along the route and celebrate the finish together.
