Renovated Tyrolean old building on a slight hill on the outskirts of Monguelfo with a beautiful panoramic view of the village and the Dolomites - only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village.

In summer our house is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours, in winter for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and a toboggan ride.

The flats are equipped with a balcony, shower/WC and SAT-TV.

Furthermore, our well-kept garden with sunbathing lawn, children's playground, table tennis and trampoline are at your disposal; cycle path and cross-country skiing track directly at the house; free transfer from/to Monguelfo railway station.
