A tip for cross-country skiers is the Villanders/Villandro alpine pasture, at an altitude of around 2000 m above the village of Villanders/Villandro in the Eisack valley. The route is not technically demanding, but very varied, with small loops, curves and two moderate descents. Ideal for beginners and advanced riders. The route takes place almost exclusively in the sun, but is nevertheless marked in such a way that the snow conditions are not affected. The trail is constantly groomed and maintained.
