The “Karin” holiday flat was remodeled in 2016 with high quality materials and is exclusively available for your holidays. The almost 65 m2 (700 ft2) apartment offers first-class quality of living. It is amply equipped, bright and sunny. It contains two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and a safe and one with two twin beds, a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, as well as a separate living room with a sleeper sofa and balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the mountains, vineyards and orchards and the entire Etsch valley. Thanks to the separate bedrooms, the apartment is comfortable even for 4-5 adults during a longer stay. In addition, there is lockable storage area for bikes or motorcycles on the ground floor, and our guests have a free private parking space right in front of the house.
