Aussermahrhof - Maso Aussermahr

At the Aussermahrhof in the Gsies Valley you will feel at home. On this traditional farm with cosy, family-friendly hospitality, designed especially for families, your dreams come true.

The farm consists of 12 hectares of meadows, an educational farm and a small children's farm with goats and rabbits. Here you can experience true country life in close contact with nature while savouring the quality of the genuine, healthy home-grown products from the vegetable garden, harvested by the family and made available to you in the large communal kitchen. Guests can also make use of the herbs planted in front of the house. Farmer's bread is also made on the farm: in the kitchen there is a stone mill in which organic wheat is ground to obtain wholemeal flour.

A holiday on the farm with your children is a true paradise: here the little ones can make friends, pet the animals, play in the playroom or outdoor play area in the meadow in front of the farm, bake bread, help with the milking, fetch eggs from the henhouse and take the goats out to pasture. While the children play in front of the farm and enjoy the freedom, parents can relax on the deckchair or read a good book.

The farmhouse has both rooms and flats with all the comforts, such as a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, radio, safe and WLAN Internet (fibre). In the large shared kitchen, each family has its own separate kitchenette. Every morning guests can treat themselves to fresh cow's milk and yoghurt (included in the price). On Sundays, a typical Tyrolean home-made cake is served and once a week you are all invited together with the owners of the farm to the bonfire to warm up with a good mulled wine while tasting local products.

The farm also provides cots, highchairs and backpacks for small children, ski and bike storage, parking, HolidayPass Mobilcard (the card for free mobility on all South Tyrolean means of transport) and a cosy Tyrolean stube. Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron for a fee.
