The house is located at 1430 m above sea level, in a sunny location with stunning views of the Geislerspitzen - Dolomites World Heritage. Easily accessible by car, from the motorway exit Klausen 12 km away. The main town of St. Peter with post office, bank, 2 grocery stores and restaurants is 3.5 km away. In summer and autumn, the numerous hiking opportunities in our beautiful manicured natural landscape and in the mountains. Whether mountain biking, horse riding, climbing or paragliding, you will experience the manifold possibilities. Even in winter, there is no boredom, in the valley there is a small ski area - ideal for children and beginners, the next larger ski area (ski mountain Plose), can be reached in 20 minutes by car, as well as a well-groomed cross-country ski run. Our well-groomed toboggan runs are well known with a length of over 10 km and numerous restaurants. Around the house there is enough space for you and your children. The latter can let off steam to their heart's content and for a change, a sandpit, a swing and a slide are available. The house is surrounded by a meadow (about 1600 square meters), is fenced and may be used for fun and games. Parking at the house is available for several cars. Just 300 meters away there is a bus stop, which takes you without a car to the village of St. Peter or up into the mountains. Enjoy nature, watch deer from the house, listen to the songbirds' voices, recharge your batteries, let yourself be enchanted by our unique mountain world. Enjoy the restful sleep in our stone pine beds and train your heart by staying at this altitude. If required, a tiled stove with traditional South Tyrolean "Ofenbrugge" ensures cozy warmth.
