Our 45m² apartment is situated on the sunny side of Selva, in a quiet apartment-building, on the 3rd floor, and is suitable for 2-4 people. It is set out as follows: -1 double-bed room with space for 1 additional single bed or 1 cot. -Cosy wood-panelled living-room with large comfortable double sofa-bed, Digital TV, dining area and large sunny balcony. -Modern stone-tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. -Washing machine. -Modern kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven and stove. -Elevator. -Private, uncovered car park. -Bed linen, towels and tea-towels. -Ski-room. -Wonderful view of the valley from the sunny balcony. Free Wi-Fi connection in the ground floor lounge-area of the building (NOT in the apartment itself). This apartment is non-smoking, and we do not allow pets. From the apartment you can reach the ski-lifts and the village centre in an easy 5-10 minute walk downhill. There is also a bus-stop outside the apartment building.
