While hiking to the unique alp of Fane or while skiing in the local ski area, impressions of region and people will become unforgettable memories. We, Margareth and Hans, are looking forward to welcome you. All rooms are furnished with king-size-bed, balcony, shower/toilet, flat screen television and phone. Natural wood, warm colors and a lot of light create a cosy atmosphere. You will start your day with a wake-up breakfast: crispy bread from the bakery of the village, nice smelling coffee, fruity marmalade and jam – the lovingly prepared buffet fulfils every wish. In the evening Margareth and Hans expect you with a varied three-course-menu. Recipes of the region and Mediterranean specialties will spoil your palate. Our hotel is open only in the wintertime. During the summer we run the hut “Kuttn” on the alp of Fane (1,700 m) at the end of the Valley Valles/Vals – one of the most beautiful hiking areas in South Tyrol. You should try the “Valler Gold”, a homemade cheese: the milk comes from the cows from the alp and is used for the cheese production at the cheese dairy next to the hut.
