Casa Tra Cime is a rare luxury house for rent in the Dolomites, located in Livinallongo Col di Lana, offering the opportunity to spend winter and summer holidays with family or friends. The house is rentable as a whole, it is not possible to rent individual rooms.

Animals are not allowed.

Only 8 minutes by car from the famous Sellaronda ski tour, the house is the perfect starting point for skiing in the Dolomiti Superski area and snowshoeing in the woods in winter, hiking, biking, climbing and paragliding in summer.  

Renovated with high-quality materials, such as aged wood and natural stone, and embellished with sumptuous fabrics, it offers its guests a cosy and luxurious atmosphere, where tradition and modernity blend harmoniously.

The house covers 520 square metres of living space on the top three floors and features a living room with comfortable sofas and a huge fireplace connected to the dining area and a spacious, ultramodern, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a wine cellar that covers the entire surface area of the chalet (200 square metres more). The cellar also contains a wine cellar, a ski room and several other rooms, all connected to a central area with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. 

The house comprises four bedrooms, two of which are original 'Stube' with Stube ovens, and two single rooms, all tastefully furnished in old wood. There are 3 bathrooms with shower cubicles, one of which also contains a bathtub. In the loft there is also a lounge area, a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. From the balconies, you can enjoy a rather stunning view that sweeps from the Sella massif to the Marmolada glacier and the Civetta group.

Finally, the house offers a garden with a wooden table and chairs, where one can take advantage of the warm weather to relax and sunbathe.
