Alpe di Siusi ¡ Ski area

Skiing in Alpe di Siusi in the Dolomiti Superski

Northeast of Bolzano, Alpe di Siusi is one of the most beloved destinations for a winter holiday. Together with Val Gardena, it offers a large ski area with 79 ski lifts and over 181 km of slopes, included in the Dolomiti Superski and connected to the famous Sellaronda, the ski tour around the Sella massif.

Surrounded by some of the most spectacular peaks of the Dolomites, including Sciliar, Catinaccio, Sassolungo and Sassopiatto, Alpe di Siusi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An ideal landscape to experience the mountains in all its forms: alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, sledding, snowshoeing, ice skating and romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides.

The 2026/2027 ski season at Alpe di Siusi is scheduled from December 4, 2026 to April 4, 2027.

Alpe di Siusi Ronda

The Alpe di Siusi Ronda is a family-friendly ski circuit that can be accessed from Alpe di Siusi or Ortisei. The route passes through seven stations dedicated to sports and entertainment, including snowpark, kids funpark, speed trap and self-timer areas. Each station features a wooden column that tells the legends of the Dolomites: stories of witches and sorcerers and their meeting place, Sciliar, of Kochler Hans and the famous witch benches. The circuit can be done in either direction with a single ski pass.

Rosengarten Ronda

For more experienced skiers, the Rosengarten Ronda offers an exciting circular route of approximately 35 km, with slopes and spectacular views of the Catinaccio. Take the cable car from Tires up to the Carezza ski area, from where you continue skiing towards the Costalunga Pass and then take the ski bus to the Buffaure ski area. Crossing the Belvedere ski area you reach the Sella Pass, descend towards Santa Cristina, continue with the Gherdeina Ronda Express to Seceda and, passing through Ortisei, return to Alpe di Siusi. At the end of the tour, the ski bus brings you back from Siusi to Tires.

Snowpark Alpe di Siusi

The Snowpark Alpe di Siusi, award-winning and among the largest in South Tyrol, is a reference point for snowboarding and freestyle enthusiasts. It stretches along a 1.5 km Park Line and offers approximately 40 features including rails, kickers, boxes and whoops, with trails suited to different skill levels.

The Easy Family Line and the Medium Line are designed for those taking their first steps in freestyle, while the Pro Line offers more technical features for experienced riders. Also noteworthy is the Wood Line, with elements made entirely of wood.
