The cuisine, looked after by Mrs Irene, presents Belluno typical food, but it is combined with Alto Adige dishes too. In fact you can find casunziei, dumplings with herbs, sausages, vegetables fresh or preserved according to the tradition of the old recipes, and also rabbit or chicken.
