The apartment hotel Residence Rubner, property of Rubner Hotel Rudolf, is located in Riscone/Brunico near Plan de Corones, ski area of South Tyrol with more than 100 km slopes and modern ski lifts, offering in summer a thick network of trekking and mountain biking trails.

Residence Rubner has two apartments 100 meters away from the hotel. The first apartment is on the first floor and can host from 2 to 4 persons; it has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, Tyrolean stove, TV, terrace and garage. The second apartment is developed on two floors and can host up to 10 persons: on the lower floor there are the entrance with wardrobe, kitchen, WC, a bedroom with bath tub and shower, 2 balconies and large living room furnished in Tyrolean style; on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath tub and shower, and a balcony. The kitchen is furnished with kitchenware, china and microwave oven. Bed linens and towels will be changed every 7 days.
