Destinations: Belpiano and San Valentino ski area

Skiing in Belpiano-Malga S.Valentino in the Ortler Skiarena

Passo-Resia - Alta Val Venosta is a very special ski area that offers the possibility to ski on ski areas spread over three countries: Italy, Switzerland and Austria. The most important ski centres of Alta Val Venosta are: Belpiano, in the municipality of Curon Venosta with more than 40 km of slopes, and Malga S. Valentino, which can be reached by cable car from the town centre, connecting the 1,470 metres of the town centre with the 2,700 metres of the mountain station, with more than 20 km of slopes. With a prevalence of slopes of medium difficulty, the area is ideal for the most expert and demanding skiers. The jewel in the crown is the longest slope in Val Venosta which offers 3 km of exciting downhill runs.

Since December 2018, the Belpiano ski area has been connected to the Malga S. Valentino ski area thanks to the construction of a new lift with cableway from Valentine's Day to Muta and arrival at the highest point of the Belpiano ski area and a new connecting piste: Belpiano-Malga S. Valentino form a single ski area.
