The family-run Hotel Mignon lies in Folgaria, in Trentino, in a quiet and panoramic position in the heart of nature.
Just a few km from the cross-country trails and the ski runs of the "Skitour dei Forti", it is a good starting point for your MTB and trekking tours, too.

The restaurant offers typical and national dishes prepared with local products, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free specialities. Home backed cakes are offered for breakfast.
