During the Easter weekend, the historic center of Chiusa comes alive with cheerful Easter bunnies hopping through the streets of the town. On Holy Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the charming alleys of the old town will host the traditional Chiusa Easter Market.
Once again this year, more than 55 stalls will line the historic center, offering a wide range of typical, regional, and handcrafted products. Visitors can browse food specialties, clothing and accessories for adults and children, handcrafted items of all kinds, home décor, personal care products, detergents, and much more. On this occasion, the shops of Chiusa will also be open.
Musical entertainment will be provided by the Chiusa brass band, performing from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Throughout the day, Easter bunnies will wander through the town handing out colorful eggs and inviting everyone to take part in the traditional “Pecken” game, where eggs are tapped against each other to determine the winner. A joyful and fun-filled experience for visitors of all ages.
