Friday: Check in  
6 p.m.: Yin yoga practice-the feminine way. Yin yoga is a very slow, meditative style that focuses on passive stretching and will allow you to go very deep in listening to and perceiving your body, perfect for this winter time when stasis invites us to preserve and gather our vital forces to prepare for awakening. This type of practice is suitable for everyone, men and women of any age, even beginners, and requires no special skill or preparation. Deepening asana and breathing-the theme of the practice: returning to Mother Earth and deep nourishment. Followed by sound relaxation with Tibetan bells, voice and other instruments, a journey through the sound vibrations of these wonderful and powerful instruments that can move energy and harmonize matter.

8 p.m.: dinner and rest

Saturday
8 a.m.: After a body warm-up, we will do an introduction and practice of Mindfulness, sitting and walking Vipassana meditation, a valuable tool for dealing with daily stress and staying centered. Practice of basic Pranayama techniques (breath control)-the breath as a tool for healing and transformation: full yogic breathing, Kapalabati the fire breath and Nadi Shodana, alternate nostril breathing. Chanting of mantras
9:30 a.m.: breakfast and free time 
6:30 pm: Yin yoga practice - meridians and related organs. The importance of visualization and conscious intention. Recognition of the body as an intelligent entity.
8 p.m.: dinner

Sunday
8 a.m.: Hatha yoga practice (level accessible to all)- the column, grounding and connecting with one's power of creation and manifestation. Chanting of mantras.
9:30 a.m.: breakfast
10:30 a.m.: check out
