Chalet Aria is much more than a stay: it is an authentic and intimate experience, designed for those seeking maximum comfort and privacy in one of the most beautiful locations in the Dolomites. Nestled in the heart of Arabba, it is the only facility in the area offering 4-star rated flats, designed to accommodate families and friends.

Only 150 metres from the ski lifts, Chalet Aria is the ideal starting point to experience the Dolomites in every season. In winter, you can quickly reach the fabulous slopes of the Arabba-Marmolada ski area, including the legendary black Fodoma and Sourasass, ideal for thrill-seekers, and directly access the most famous ski tours of the Dolomites, such as the Sellaronda and the Great War Tour. Snowshoeing, ski mountaineering, snowmobile tours and ice climbing complete the winter offer.

During the summer, the mountain is transformed into a true paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and climbers. From the chalet you can set out to discover the Livinallongo Valley, a land rich in Ladin history and centuries-old traditions. Thanks to the Porta Vescovo cable car, you will have access to a variety of high-altitude trails, allowing you to choose between relaxing walks and via ferrata routes, such as the Cesare Piazzetta and the Trincee. Climbing enthusiasts will find perfect crags for adrenaline challenges.

The chalet has four three-room flats, ideal for accommodating up to four guests. Each apartment is designed for absolute relaxation, with two bedrooms, a balcony with a view of the Dolomites, an air-conditioned wine cellar, two modern bathrooms and a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The real highlight is the private sauna in each flat, perfect for relaxing after a day in the Dolomites. Each flat is also equipped with an advanced controlled mechanical ventilation system (VMC), which ensures a constant exchange of air, eliminating fine dust, bacteria and pollen. This system contributes to maintaining a healthy environment, with an always pleasant temperature and the right level of humidity, favouring a deep and regenerating rest.
