Upon arrival, we are welcomed with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room, a heart-shaped bed decorated with rose petals, an elegant wine experience with 3 glasses (also available alcohol-free), and 50 minutes in My Spa reserved just for the two of us. Pure relaxation, intimacy, and moments to treasure.

Experience delightful days dedicated to Slow Food at Lüsnerhof. At the heart of the experience are mindful enjoyment, the appreciation of traditional food craftsmanship and a respectful approach to local products. Together, we will discover the culinary culture of South Tyrol: authentic, closely connected to local producers and deeply rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.

Look forward to special excursions and encounters, authentic flavours and inspiring insights into a food culture that puts time, origin and care back at the centre of the experience.

Some of the experiences included:

• Guided e-bike tour to Kreuswiesen Alm, including a tasting of locally produced cheese at the mountain dairy.
• Visit to the biodynamic farm of Rosmarie Prader in Teis.
• Traditional dumpling workshop with our Head Chef.
• Visit to the traditional farmers’ festival in the Villnöss Valley on 18 October. At this authentic celebration, you can experience traditional rural craftsmanship up close – from bread baking and basket weaving to wood carving and felting. Centuries-old techniques come to life, offering a fascinating insight into the culture and everyday life of times gone by.
• A shared Social Dinner, with Slow Food products taking centre stage. A multi-course menu celebrating the diversity and quality of regional, sustainably produced foods.
• Wine tasting with our sommelier Mario, featuring a selection of our most popular South Tyrolean wines.

All activities offered during the Slow Food Days can be booked flexibly on site.
