In Arabba 'The Place to Ski' you can ski until April amidst perfect slopes and lots of snow

13 March 2024

This year you can also ski after Easter and in spring in the Dolomites, but where exactly? In Arabba 'The place to ski'!

Although the Sellaronda, the not-to-be-missed ski tour of the 4 passes, and the neighbouring lifts will close on 7 April, the Porta Vescovo lifts will remain open until 21 April, where the black slopes Fodoma and Sourasas are a must for the more experienced. The location and its altitude of 1,602 metres guarantee unique snow quality for excellent skiing until the end of the season.

For those in search of excitement and adrenaline, a must is skiing on the Marmolada Glacier, known as the 'Queen of the Dolomites', which rises to an altitude of 3,343 metres and offers a unique skiing experience. Before heading down the slope, it is essential to take a break on the panoramic terrace to enjoy the exclusive 360° view of the whitewashed Dolomites.

A not-to-be-missed experience is 'La Bellunese', one of the most spectacular slopes in the entire Alpine arc, 12 km long and traversing the entire Glacier as far as Malga Ciapela. Characterised by a breathtaking panorama, it is a very wide and well-prepared red slope that allows the slope to be easily tackled with long curves, always guaranteeing perfect snow conditions.
