Tholr Apartments

We rent five new, modern apartments in the vineyard from 2018 in the Klimahaus B. Our farm is easily accessible from the South Tyrolean Wine Route and surrounded by local limestone walls, from our newly planted vines on the south side of the courtyard, as well as garden area and courtyard. The apartments are for 2-6 people, some with 2 bedrooms, have a direct entrance and a garden area under the quaint old vine, an apartment in the south with sun terrace, one with direct access to the garden. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, sunshade, TV, W-Lan, safe, drying rack, bed linen, towels, tea towels. The kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery and pots. You will find plenty of parking space for your car, you can sett wheels. Our company is one of the bike-friendly companies in Tramin. Pets are not allowed in our house for hygienic reasons.
