Yoga in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites Park in connection with the rhythm of nature. The ideal place to find peace and gather new energy. We combine the tranquillity of this farming village Sospirolo, healthy eating and practicing together surrounded by nature. You will have a chef at your disposal throughout your stay.
The proposed activities are guided towards a taste of the practice of returning to the natural rhythm, removing the veils that prevent us from living true experiences. It is a flow in constant transformation where we are submerged by moving from outdoor meditation, Vinyasa yoga, Shiva Flow and the firmness of Yin Yoga.
