Skiing in the Alpe di Siusi at Dolomiti Superski

The Alpe di Siusi holiday area is located on the western side of the Dolomites, north-east of Bolzano. In its vicinity are modern facilities and ski slopes. Together with the Val Gardena Ski Area, it includes 81 ski lifts and more than 170 kilometers of slopes. Both winter destinations are part of the Dolomiti Superski and, thanks to their strategic location, are an integral part of the ski tour of the Sellaronda and tour of the great Sella massif.

The Alpe di Siusi with its hamlets of Castelrotto, Siusi, Tires, Alpe di Siusi and Fiè allo Sciliar are a protected natural spectacle and, as custodians of some of the most popular Dolomite massifs such as Sassolungo, Sassopiatto, the Sciliar massif, the Catinaccio and the Sella Group, are a declared UNESCO World Heritage Site.

During winter you can practice these sports activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding on the slopes and in the park, sledding, ice skating, or simply hiking with snow shoes. For lovers of mountain panoramas, horse-drawn carriage rides are available.
