June 7, 2013 - The charming tourist resort of the Val d'Ega valley, a land rich in legends and old tales, has organized an interesting program for families from June 22 to September 14. The program features guided tours to explore enchanted lands of great adventures, ancient tales and mysterious creatures of the South Tyrolean traditions. From Monday to Thursday children will explore the lands and discover the most hidden secrets of the Dolomites, making friends with dwarves, nymphs, giants and witches.
For each day of their adventure the children will get a colored bead, so that at the end of the program they get to make a magical chain!
In the footsteps of King Laurin
from 2 pm to 5:30 pm
Easy hike from Malga Frommer to Malga Heinzen: after looking for the tracks of the dwarves, the children will engrave the faces of these mysterious creatures out of clay.

Searching for the hidden treasure
from 10 am to 4 pm
From the Carezza Lake to Malga Stadlalm: the young explorers will look for precious stones and traces of the Venetian to find his hidden treasure. Packed lunch required.

In the footsteps of King Laurin and of the dolls of Latemar
from 10 am to 3 pm
From Malga Frommer to Malga Heinzen: children and parents together to explore the world of the dwarves of King Laurin at the feet of the Catinaccio and the dolls' house of the Latemar.

Nighttime hike to the rock of the witches
from 8:30 pm to 11 pm
Young witches and wizards wander with their parents the woods of Nova Ponente, towards the rock of the witches, where they will celebrate with music, dances and magic potions. Along the route each of them will build their magic broom.
