Ingredients

  • Agaricus campestris (funghi prataioli)
  • Pangrattato
  • Aglio
  • Prezzemolo
  • Sale
  • Pepe
  • Olio

Directions

Pulire i cappelli dei funghi con un telo umido ed asciugateli per bene. Preparare del pangrattato unito con una manciata di prezzemolo ed uno spicchio d'aglio tritato finissimo, del pepe e sale. Ungete di olio i cappelli dei funghi, passateli, con una leggera pressione, sul pangrattato già preparato. Sistemateli negli spiedini e fateli cuocere su una griglia, rigirandoli spesso. Se occorre, durante la cottura, ungete i funghi con un poco di olio. Serviteli ben caldi, accompagnati da un vino rosato.
