Recipe of Soup with white wine from Valle Isarco

Put the consommé, white wine, yolks and cream in a saucepan, then stir at medium heat until you get an even blend. Cut the day-old bread into cubes, cook them with some butter until they browns and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Add the cubes to the soup.
