Ricetta del risotto con le mele

  • 300 gr di riso
  • 200 gr di mele sbucciate e pulite
  • 50 gr di parmigiano
  • 1 dl. di vino bianco
  • 1/2 lt. brodo di carne
  • 1 cipolla piccola
  • 40 grammi di burro
  • Cannella


Tritare la cipolla e farla rosolare leggermente nel burro, aggiungere il riso e il brodo e fare bollire a fuoco lento per circa 20 minuti. Cinque minuti prima di togliere dal fuoco, aggiungere il vino bianco, il parmigiano e la cannella. Le mele vengono precedentemente tagliate a dadini e cotte. Eventualmente usare il succo ottenuto dalle mele per bagnare il riso. Alla fine mescolare con cura le mele con il riso ed amalgamare bene.
