Lattari deliziosi "A Ghiotta"

  • 1 Kg. di Lactarius deliciosus
  • 300 g. di patate
  • 300 g. di pomodori pelati
  • 30 g. di pinoli
  • 30 g. di uva passa
  • 30 g. di capperi
  • 1 cipolla
  • Peperoncino piccante
  • Sale q.b.
  • Olio di oliva q.b.


Privare i funghi del gambo. Far bollire le cappelle per 15 minuti e scolare bene. Mettere in un tegame l'olio d'oliva in quantità appropriata e far soffriggere la cipolla. Aggiungere i pomodori pelati, i pinoli, l'uva passa fatta rinvenire in acqua calda, i capperi, le patate ed il peperoncino. A metà cottura aggiungere le cappelle dei lattari deliziosi, il sale e far cuocere a fuoco lento finché il sugo non risulti ben ristretto.
