Grappa al Carugo

Ingredients

  • 1 lt di grappa bianca
  • 100 gr di zucchero
  • 40 gr di semi di carugo (cumino)

Directions

Far sciogliere 100 grammi di zucchero in un pentolino con dell'acqua in modica quantità a fiamma bassa senza portare ad ebollizione. Immettere i semi di carugo nella grappa. Versare lo zucchero sciolto. Agitare bene il composto, quindi lasciarlo riposare per 3 settimane, agitandolo di tanto in tanto. Se possibile esporlo al sole durante il giorno. Per un carugo migliore si consiglia l'utilizzo di semi di cumino selvatici di Zoldo Alto, fatti essiccare preventivamente. I semi si possono acquistare negli alimentari di valle.
