This easy itinerary boasts wonderful views of Catinaccio, Latemar and Monzoni group.
It starts on the steep road in front of the tourist board in the center of Moena (1180 m).
Past the small church, turn right before Hotel Patrizia and keep on walking until you reach the following junction. Here, take the steep trail nr. 520 to Malga Roncac; after approx. 45 minutes you will reach Roncac (1354 m), were once there was a restaurant.
Climb over the bar and go on along the flat trail in the forest: after 30 min pleasant walk you will find the trail nr. 524. Follow this path, and you will be back to the start in about one hour.
