Residence St Konstantin

The Residence St. Konstantin, situated between Siusi and Fiè allo Sciliar, offers comfortable apartments for a wonderful vacation with family, as a couple, or with friends.

Surrounded by the greenery of the Sciliar Natural Park, it is a great starting point for excursions, mountain bike tours, paragliding, climbing, and iron ways. The establishment's proximity to the Alpe di Siusi cable car, which can be reached in 5 minutes via the ski shuttle, makes it the perfect destination for a stay surrounded by snow. Extensive skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, mountaineering, and ice-skating are available for winter sports enthusiasts.

The cozy hotel has a total of 11 standard and comfortable apartments that can accommodate 2 to 7 people and consist of a SAT/TV, safe, balcony with panoramic view, private facilities, Wi-Fi, a living area, well-equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, bed linen, and towels.

The Residence offers a newly refurbished breakfast- and common room. Every morning a buffet breakfast is served (7:30 – 10:00 am; Adults € 15, Children € 10). In summer it’s possible to have breakfast outside in the terrace. The common room can be used throughout the day to read a book, to enjoy a cosy break in company, to watch TV or to play a board game.

After a long day of sports, relax in the wellness center equipped with: Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation room with water, stone pine wood and hay beds, infrared lounger, whirlpool, heated outdoor pool, and Kneipp path. Massages are offered by request twice a week. Also scheduled is a morning excursion with yoga exercises once a week.

Various additional amenities include: once a week delicious barbecue specialties, ski room, parking, table tennis, barbecue, playground, baby carriages, and strollers for the little ones.
