October 17, 2013 - A delicious event that's going to add a gourmet flavor to your days on the snow: it's Slope Food, with aperitifs and appetizers served on the ski runs. This original winter version of finger food and street food will be served on the slopes of the Dolomiti Superski in Corvara, La Villa and San Cassiano.
From December to March 14 rifugios of Alta Badia will serve skiers the best South Tyrolean wines and delicious appetizers prepared by international Michelin-starred chefs.
This year's new features of Slope Food:
- female chefs: the chefs taking part to the 2013-2014 Slope Food are equally divided into men and women, it's up to the skiers to decide who's best!
- price: all the rifugios will offer the meals of Slope Food for the same price, € 12
- Slope Food Card: three Slope Food meals in three different rifugios for the price of € 30. The card will be valid for the whole 2013-2014 winter season.
