The Trentine tradition of hospitality and wellness
Grandma Anna was an excellent cook, and in the 70's she opened to guests the kitchen of her small Hotel. The tradition continues at the Alp Hotel Taller in Folgarida di Dimaro, in Trentino.
A rich and tasty breakfast with sweet and salty buffet, tea corner with fresh and dried fruit in the “Saletta del Bosco”, appetizing afternoon snack in the hall with cakes, sandwiches and other delicacies, with juices and coffee. Dinner with many hot courses, served at your table, and once a week, typical Alp Taller dinner, with precious Trentine wines.
The hotel is characterized by an elegant alpine style. The Taller Family is a pioneer of the tourist tradition and in the ski schools in Folgarida. The Alp Taller is located in a quiet area, in a sunny position, surrounded by nature. In summer, it is an ideal starting point for trekking, mountain biking, rafting, climbing lessons with an expert guide, always available in the hotel.
I spend the night in the new Arnica Suite, built according to bioarchitecture. It is very romantic, with a small living room and a balcony with view over the Brenta Dolomites, an high mansard, with deal furniture, walk-in wardrobe, stove, bathroom with whirlpool shower, hair dryer, minibar, safe, telefono, TVColor sat. Wood floor. I would stay here forever!
Out of curiosity, I decide to visit some other rooms, all very beautiful! Club Prato Verde, where the dominating colour - besides wood - is the green of meadows; Club Sasso Rosso, where red heats like the sun reflected over the mountains opposite, Club Cielo Alto in the mansard, with blu nuances like the sky.
I can’t resist the welcoming wellness center: swimming pool with wirlpool and upstream device, built with natural stones, Finnish sauna, calidarium to purify skin, kneipp path, bucket shower, really relaxing.
And here I am, in the Beauty center, where I have an appointment with the Oriental Mountains:

I relax in this magic and involving ambience, an oasis of peace where you can let yourself be cuddled and spoiled.
