The Ristorante Pizzeria Al Castagneto da Giorgio lies in Ai Piani, a few km away from Mezzolombardo on the road to Fai della Paganella. Run from 2006 by the Pasian family, originally from Lido di Jesolo, the restaurant is surrounded by the nature of Trentino and thus gives you the chance to add relaxing walks and hikes to a taste of excellent cuisine.
Mister Giorgio himself, who plays a major role in running the restaurant, takes care of the cuisine. Besides dishes of the Trentino tradition, at the request of local customers in the last years the restaurant specialized on fish menus and offers raw fish dishes, light and without frying or seasoning, made using only fresh fish. If you don’t like fish, the restaurant offers also delicious pizzas.
