Benny Bio Hotel is the first hotel built following the principles of bio-architecture in the Val di Sole valley. The restaurant offers rich breakfast buffet and three courses menu dinner, all prepared with carefully selected biological ingredients. The wine list too includes only products coming from organic farming.
