Arosea Life Balance Hotel: the source of energy

I’m staying in the Arosea Life Balance Hotel in Pracupola al Lago, in the unpolluted Val d'Ultimo near Merano, in South Tyrol, in the province of Bolzano.

"May food be your medicine" at Arosea: regional bio-food, prepared with great care, a unique pleasure uniting taste and health. Especially if you are sitting in one of the oldest South Tyrolean “stube”, built in the 17th Century, simply wonderful!
The Life Balance pension includes a rich and varied breakfast buffet, a wonderful Life Balance dinner menu as well as a gastronomic menu with salad and cheese buffet. Furthermore fresh fruit, small delicacies, vitalizing Grander water and herbal teas. Excellent wine card.
I stay in the 65 m² Life Balance Suite with 25 m²-south-facing terrace, panoramic outdoor sauna with Kneipp shower, Grander water drinking fountain, safe, flat screen TV, internet access, telephone, hair dryer, bathroom with shower, bath tub and double wash basin, make-up table, living room, relaxation room, separate WC and bidet, walk-in wardrobe.
I decide to come back in the Carnival holidays, too! Arosea is very beautiful and comfortable. All rooms are quiet and regenerating. You can also do many sports in the surroundings: "Balance running" with the triathlete Edith Niederfringer, mountain biking trough the natural landscapes of Val d'Ultimo with daily guided tours for different difficulty levels and also fishing. In winter there are also some lift facilities for skiing and sledging.
I decide to rely on the healing power of nature in the wonderful Rosarium offered by Arosea, with a sheep wool bath with birchen bark and sprout from Val d'Ultimo for a relaxing effect and then a South Tyrolean hay bath to enhance blood circulation. Considering the numerous healing sources and the purity of its mountain air, there’s no wonder that Val d'Ultimo was loved by those looking for physical wellness and relax since empress Sissi’s time.
The sheep wool bath won the third price of the "European Health & Spa Award" 2009. Simply worth trying!
Rosarium adresses the human being on the whole, with the aim of unifying body, soul and mind, in a constant balance. - Essence No. 2 contains the orange color, the precious stones carnelian and tourmaline, and the aromatic oil of orange. It can help you to feel happier, more spontaneous and more sociable, but can also make you more sensitive and give you greater empathy for others.
- Essence No. 3 contains the yellow color, the precious stones carnelian and fire opal, and the aromatic oil of lemon. It can give your thoughts and actions a clearer direction, making you more stable.
- Essence No. 4 contains the green color, the precious stones aquamarine and coral, and the aromatic oil of lavender. It can improve your decision-making and discernment and thus promote sincerity and stability.
- Essence No. 5 contains the blue color, the precious stones yellow quartz and amber, and the aromatic oil of balm. It can help you to recognize your own strengths and thus increase emotional intensity, inner security and balance.
- Essence No. 6 contains the indigo color, the precious stones diamond and blue sapphire, and the aromatic oil of angelica. It can help you to find inspiration and give you greater intuition.
- Essence No. 7 contains the violet color, the precious stones amethyst and rose quartz, and the aromatic oil of neroli. It can promote spiritual awareness and increase your sense of justice and discernment.
