Ski area Val di Fassa-Carezza

Val di Fassa – Carezza Ski, stretching between the regions of Trentino and South Tyrol, is a large ski area with slopes of every level, to suit all tastes.
In Pozza di Fassa you find the Buffaure ski center and the Ski Stadium Aloch, for training sessions, competitions and nighttime skiing. Together with the Ciampac ski center, in Alba di Canazei, Buffaure constitutes the exciting Skitour Panorama. From Canazei, one of the most renown resorts of the valley, you can reach the Belvedere ski center and its well equipped Dolomiti Snowpark, a perfect training ground for all freestyle enthusiasts. Moreover, in Canazei you find the oldest ski school of Italy. From Campitello di Fassa you reach the Col Rodella ski center, one of the starting points of the famous Sellaronda ski tour.
Here you find also another snowpark. One of the ski runs you should definitely try is the Ciampac, one of the most famous and exciting of the Val di Fassa valley. Cross-country skiing lovers have at their disposal many trails, one of them floodlit for nighttime skiing, another one at the high altitudes of the Ciampac ski center, and of course the famous trail of the Marcialonga.
The valley offers a lot of facilities for children, like school camps, playgrounds and ski kindergartens, and hosts two important ski mountaineering competitions: the Sellaronda Skimarathon and the Pizolada.

Carezza Ski lies near Nova Levante, on the side of the Costalunga Pass belonging to South Tyrol. The pass is located between the Val di Fassa and Val d’Ega valleys and runs along the border between the provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
