I stay in the new wing of the Adler Hotel, the Balance Spa Residenz, in a panoramic and sunny position, with a breathtaking view over the Dolomites and Ortisei. This portion of the hotel was built according to the principles of bio-architecture, so that the wide use of precious woods and the harmony of forms and colors make this place precious and idyllic, for an absolute wellness.
The Junior Suite is characterized by a great love for details, with natural textiles and harmonious colors, exclusive, roomy and elegant bathrooms, with luxurious tub and shower and broad balcony in South-Tyrolean larch-wood.  

The cuisine at the Balance is energy-giving and bio-light, with a vast choice of light, genuine and tasty dishes, prepared with fresh local products. I indulge in the pleasures of senses in one of the most renowned Beauty Farm of the Alps, where the marvelous princess of Dolomites, Dolasilla, still lives.
I regenerate in the Privat Spa Tyrol, a romantic Tyrolean Stube, with treatments based on raspberry, rich of antioxidant and hydrating principles. Biosauna, peeling, fragrant bath, precious oils, back massage and body pack make my skin shine.   
Fitness programmes, private coaching & fit check, Oriental disciplines and different meditation techniques help me to find my psychophysical wellness again.  

In the meantime children are with Aki, the fastest, smartest and funniest eaglet of the Dolomites, organizing games, sport and fun at the Aki Kids Club. It offers also wellness programs for the youngest children!
