The hotel was built according to the principles of bio architecture. It is surrounded by uncontaminated nature and offers cozy rooms and big bio suites provided with shower, bathroom, hairdryer, TV, radio, telephone, safe, living room - most of them with a balcony.
Traditional, natural cuisine based on local organic products with rich breakfast buffet, and 5-course dinner menu with local vegetables, cheese and meat. Bar, typical cellar with mineral stone facing.

Massages and baths in the Alpine Baths private Spa with salt pool, tea room, Swiss stone pine steam bath, "cuddle mansard" and wellness suite. Products used for the massage are created in the hotel distillery.

I was at the Lüsnerhof in 2004 and enjoyed relaxing and funny days, thanks to the excursions organized by Franz, the hotel-keeper. But now I’m inviting you to visit the new “Alpin Badehaus“… a Wellness temple, built according to the principles of green building and Ragginers’ therapeutic philosophy.
Unlike many hotels, Hotel Lüsnerhof draws inspiration from NATURE only. Indeed, it was built with biotechnical architectural structures, using larch and pine wood as well as natural rock; in the cosy interiors you breath the fragrance of the surrounding meadows and woods; the hotel façade is panelled with larch-wood and water comes from the springs of the Lüsner Alp.
Moreover, the Spa offers treatments carried out with natural products only for a lasting and deeper efficacy, that increases your global wellbeing. The valued natural cosmetic lines Alpienne and Dr. Hauschka, as well as the house herbal cosmetics from the Farm Schmidthof, do not contain any synthetic preservative.

In the SPA center for example you can float without gravity in a saline tub in the dolomitic cavern, rocked with a subaqueous music (liquid sound) and supported by the thrust of salt water... you feel a fizzy effect on your skin and all muscular tensions disappear… this method is perfect to treat dermatologic affections, muscular and articular disorders, cold. This bath offers a pleasant sense of relax and can become a nice Wellness experience for Him&Her!
In the “ALPIN BADEHAUS Lüsnerhof” you should not miss the “Hammam in the marble bath”, typical of the eastern culture. Your body is vigorously scrubbed with a special glove by a masseur or by your partner; after that the skin is massaged with lather.
Something new is the “Cirmolo steam bath”: you lie on a comfortable wooden bed and sweat while breathing the aroma of herbs which are warmed to damp the air in the room. This treatment is good for your skin, joints and mood!
In the new Spa of the Lüsnerhof on the ground floor there is an original and ancient distillery, where essential oils are produced - distillates of cirmolo, Swiss pine and juniper oils from the Lüsner Valley. Once a week an experienced herbalist along with the guests prepares creams, salts and biological herbs according to old remedies.
At the top floor there are niches to relax and cuddle, enjoying the sunshine filtering through the wide windows overlooking the valley…try to fancy … spending 45 min. in the saline tub, in the soft light of the cavern rocked with the subaqueous music, enjoying a nice massage or a cirmolo steam bath, drinking a herbal tea or a glass of good wine, and finally taking rest on a water bed or in a hammock... now you are ready for the Wellness packages ideal to crown your deram holiday!
Beside relaxing, you can also make a lot of sport, for example during the trekking week. Every week you are offerd 6 guided tours: hikes in the mountains and ascents with Franz, the boss, cultural hikes with a stop at the old mill and at the sawmill in Luson, hikes to the Lüsner Alp in search of aromatic herbs with Frieda, or excursions in the Puez-Odle Nature park with Prof. Dorfmann, or safari with wild animal watching.
