A naturalistic itinerary around the Calvary

This itinerary will make you visit suggestive places that recall the ancient times of the end of the XIIth century and the beginning of the XIIIth. Starting from the square of Castelrotto, follow the road that passes under the Townhall's vault. After the first bend turn right towards the large stairs. You can admire from here the Santner, Asciliar and Bellaccia mounts, the big lawns over the village and the group of houses of Tiosel and S. Michele. Follow the path that forms a circle around the hill, whose chapels give it the appearance of a Calvary. To reach the ”Infan”, the highest point, turn left. You will find an absolutely idyllic place.
