Christmas Market in Castelrotto

In Castelrotto, at the foot of Alpe di Siusi, December means Christmas market. The city that stretches from Valle Isarco to Val di Fassa and to Val Gardena hosts from 4th to 29th December a small but typical market along its streets, in the shade of its majestic baroque tower, with stands that offer handicrafts and tasty local specialties all accompanied by Advent music.

At the Christmas market in Castelrotto, open from 3rd to 4th, from 8th to 11th, from 16th to 18th and from 27th to 29th December, you can buy cinnamon and gingerbread biscuits, warm up with some mulled wine or taste traditional Zelten, Stollen and Spekulatius. All surrounded by stands full of hand-made gift ideas: jams, felt products, candles, floral decorations.
