Carnival of Sedico

Sedico | from 21.01.2012 to 25.03.2012

The Carnival of Sedico, taking place from January 29 to March 19, will once again turn the city into the Capital of Carnival in the province of Belluno. Like every year, there will be parades and a lot of side events: music, lottery, dinners, shows and election of Miss Carnival 2012.

SATURDAY 21st JANUARY
9.00 PM – Paradiso Disco Carnival Opening and election of Miss Carnival 2012

8.00 pm Gastronomic evening at the Restaurant “ Antica Bribano "

SATURDAY 4th FEBRUARY
8.30 pm – Catechism House Theater play with the company “ Las Palabras “ staging “ 30 Secondi d'amore “ - free entrance

SUNDAY 5th FEBRUARY
from 2 pm - Vittoria square 1st Carnival floats and masks parade featuring the dancing company Musici e Sbandieratori San Giorgio di Noale (VE) - free entrance for children

SATURDAY 11th FEBRUARY
8.30 pm – Catechism House Theater play with the company “ I Sedegot“ staging the comedy by C. Goldoni “ Le baruffe chiozzotte “ - free entrance

SUNDAY 12th FEBRUARY
from 2 pm - Vittoria square 2nd Carnival floats and masks parade featuring the “ Los Guaracheros de Feltre “ - free entrance for children

SUNDAY 19th FEBRUARY
from 2 pm - Vittoria square Children’s Carnival: floats and masks parade; entertainment show and games with Associazione Improvvirus and big show by the Quartiere Duomo of the Palio di Feltre (the medieval horse race). Free entrance

SUNDAY 5th and 12th FEBRUARY
Paintings Symposium "Omaggio a Livio Maraga"

SATURDAY 17th MARCH
6 PM - Palazzo dei Servizi Carnival lottery draw with 56 prizes
