Description
The restaurant of the Hotel Bladen in Sappada is run personally by the hotel owners and offers a creative cuisine inspired to Italian and local traditions.
In the large hall with panoramic view on the Dolomites guests can choose from a rich and varied menu: five different kinds of hors d'oeuvres, seven kinds of first courses and eight different kinds of second courses, a rich salads buffet and a wide choice of excellent home-made desserts. The extensive wine list includes a wide selection of Italian reds and whites, dry wines, sparkling wines, champagne and dessert wines.
Children get special treatment in this restaurant, with freshly made baby food and milkshakes, and there are also specific menus for people on diet or suffering of food intolerances such as celiac disease. Some years ago in fact the restaurant of Hotel Bladen joined a group of restaurants paying attention to these diseases and since then offers gluten free menus.
