THE COUNTRY HOUSE
Sant'Anna Country House is located in Pedecastello, a few km from Belluno town centre.
The house stands up on a gentle hill overlooking the wide valley of the Piave river with a fantastic panorama on the Dolomites.

Guests are welcome in a comfortable old farm cottage, which was recently restoredand supplied with authentic old Italian-style furnishing, washing machine included.
There are three apartments and one double room, each provided with a fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom. A washing machine is at your disposal, too.

Immersed in the lush and quiet contryside around Belluno, the Country House includes a 520 hectar wide estate, deals with milch cow breeding and also offers the opportunity of spending relaxing holidays. It is a good starting point for exciting hikes, mountain bike tours and rides (the riding ground lies in the immediate vicinity) .The area nearby offers a lot of sporting facilities and opportunities: just a few km away, the Santa Croce Lake is a paradise for those who sailing and and windsurfing in summer, while in winter the ski lovers can reach the Nevegal ski centre in 10 minutes and the most famous ski carousels in the Dolomites in less than one hour.

The Country House is open all year.

THE COTTAGE An old independent house, close to the main building, has been recently restored and offers a small but cosy accomodation suitable for two/four persons.

THE STATEROOM The old barn has been transformed into a multipurpose stateroom, the ideal place for parties, courses, film projection, art exhibitions, concerts.
