Ski Mountaineering in Alpago

The mountains in Alpago are low and steep, and offer a broad choice of ski mountaineering itineraries. Most of them are medium-difficult, but there are also easier itineraries, such as Monte Guslòn and Cima delle Vacche, starting from Col Indes di Tambre.
The ascent to Crep Nudo and to Capèl Grant are medium-difficulty, whereas Col Nudo, Monte Teverone and the slopes overlooking the Val Salàtis valley are more difficult.
Some Karst areas in Alpago are only accessibile when the snow is very high, so that dolinas and holes are well-covered. Anyway, you need to be very careful and cautious.
